Overhead UV LED NDT Lamp LUYOR-3106
The LUYOR-3106 is an overhead UV fluorescent inspection lamp. It features six high-power ultraviolet LED light sources, with a special UV lens focusing system that ensures a uniform UV light spot. The lamp housing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy for rapid heat dissipation and is designed to IP67 waterproof standards, making it suitable for various harsh working conditions. With its high-intensity UV output, the LUYOR-3106 is ideal for a wide range of applications, including fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, fluorescent penetrant inspection, equipment cleaning inspection, and semiconductor surface foreign matter inspection.
Technical Data
Large-area irradiation: The effective irradiation spot diameter at 38 mm distance reaches up to 260 × 200 mm.
High-intensity output: The central intensity at 38 cm distance is as high as 8,000 μW/cm².
Cold light source: Equipped with multiple high-power ultraviolet LEDs; even after prolonged operation, the housing temperature remains only around 50°C.
Instant on/off: The LED light source overcomes the long startup time of traditional high-pressure mercury lamps (up to 5 minutes) – it lights up instantly with no waiting required.
Narrow-band output: Peak wavelength at 365 nm (3650 Å), with a spectral range of 360–370 nm; contains no harmful UVB or UVC.
AC power supply: Powered by 220 V mains, capable of continuous 24/7 operation without interruption.
365 nm UV light source: 6 high-power 365 nm ultraviolet LEDs.
Light source service life: 100,000 hours.
Lamp dimensions: 180 mm × 140 mm × 130 cm.
Applications
Fluorescent penetrant inspection, fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.
Differences between the LUYOR-3106 and traditional inspection lamps:
Instant on/off – no waiting time required.
Narrow-band UV output – contains no harmful UVB or UVC, and requires no optical filter.
Cold light source – no forced fan cooling required.
High-intensity UV output.
Fluorescent penetrant inspection (NDT) ultraviolet lamps are also called inspection black lights. They are named "black lights" because the ultraviolet light they emit falls outside the range of human vision. The LUYOR-3106 suspended LED ultraviolet fluorescent inspection lamp meets both national and international NDT standards. With its high-intensity UV output, it is suitable for inspection operations in a wide variety of settings.
